Registered Nurse House Supervisor

Heart Hospital of Austin, a specialized cardiovascular hospital and part of St. David’s HealthCare, is seeking a Registered Nurse House Supervisor to lead clinical operations hospital-wide. In this role, you will oversee shift-based staffing, patient flow, and bed placement while serving as the primary clinical and administrative resource for nursing staff and providers. You will coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support advanced cardiovascular and critical care services, respond to emergencies and codes, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The House Supervisor promotes a culture of patient-first, compassionate care, mentors nurses at the bedside, and supports continuous learning in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
