~ Friday - Sunday call only (in-house) 24hr shifts with rounding
~2 - 3 patients per shift
~ Inpatient and outpatient rounding required
~ General urology -- adult, pediatric, and neonate
~ Advanced endoscopic techniques and laparoscopic surgeries required
~ Renal transplant surgery and radical cystectomy skills required
~ Percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, and ESWL required
~ Ongoing coverage potential
~ We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
~ We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
