Casselman Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who have a love for working with seniors and a passion for providing exceptional healthcare. Join our team on a PRN basis with the flexibility to fit your schedule.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
Administer and document medications and treatments.
Prepare for and assist physicians and other healthcare providers with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
Reinforce and provide healthcare instructions to residents and their families.
Participate with the interdisciplinary team in planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Observe and report residents' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition to the appropriate personnel.
Document residents' responses to nursing care accurately and timely.
Maintain an environment that promotes the comfort and safety of residents.
Assist with unit management and assume charge responsibilities as assigned.
