AccentCare seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse, Home Health to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in home settings within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and manage care plans, provide wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration, and educate patients and caregivers. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team and utilize electronic health records to document care.
