Advanced GI Physician

The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) is expanding its advanced endoscopy program and seeks an Academic Advanced Endoscopist to help shape the divisions next phase of clinical and academic growth. The division is experiencing rapid procedural expansion, increasing demand for advanced pancreaticobiliary services, and significant institutional investment in endoscopy infrastructure.
This is an ideal opportunity for physicians who want both procedural complexity and academic engagement. Faculty participate in advanced therapeutic endoscopy, fellowship education, research, multidisciplinary collaboration, and strategic program growth while benefiting from increasing institutional support and facility expansion.

Candidate Qualifications
MD or DO
Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology
