Hotel Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and client relationships
• Sell corporate, group, government, sports, and extended-stay business
• Manage the sales process from lead generation through contract execution
• Build client relationships and conduct property tours
• Partner with revenue management and operations to maximize revenue
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and account production

Hotel Sales Manager Requirements:

• Hotel sales experience with proven business development success
• Experience selling corporate, group, or extended-stay business preferred
• Hilton experience strongly preferred
• Strong prospecting, communication, and negotiation skills
