The Role:
• Location: Bellevue, WA
• Assignment duration: 91 days, start ASAP
• Board certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) required.
• WA active license or IMLC eligible required.
• Shift Type: Days - Minimum of 1 week block per month, 9-hour clinic day (Monday-Friday clinic coverage on site: 9 hours).
• Number of Positions: 1
• Type: Travel
• Duties: Clinic coverage, consults, and ultrasound reads.
• On call coverage: Varies / TBD (on-call shifts vary).
• Site Charting System: Epic and Viewpoint.
• Credentialing: 90 days.
• Additional requirements: Providers must be clinically active within the last year and have at least 1 year post-fellowship experience. Self-query NPDB within 30 days, completed prescreen questionnaire, CV in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained, no malpractice or disclosure history, and include home address, phone number, and email on CV first page. Only a limited number of candidates will be name-cleared; the job may be placed on hold thereafter.
