Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

Our Client is a growing Personal Injury (Plaintiff) Firm seeking an Associate Attorney to support a Senior Trial Attorney, handling roughly anywhere from 50-100 cases at a time.

Job Details

About the Role:

Support a senior trial attorney, paralegal, law clerk, and litigation assistant- handling roughly 50-100 cases at a time
Represent clients in cases involving premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and other personal injury matters
Take and Defend depositions
Research and drafting of motions and oppositions (motions for summary judgement, discovery-related motions, etc)
Trial preparation (including motions in limine, special verdict forms, jury instructions, and other related tasks)
Drafting complaints ranging from basic motor vehicle accidents to complex premises and assault cases

Requirements:

Licensed and in good standing with the CA State Bar
Ideally 1 year of litigation and/or personal injury experience
