StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $179.45 - $194.25

This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: 7 p.m.–7 a.m., Wednesday–Tuesday; 2 weeks blocked preferred

Practice Setting: Inpatient

Types of Cases: Hospitalist care; 15–20 patients per shift, including admissions

Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days, unless temporary privileges are approved

Electronic Medical Record: Cerner

Certifications Required: Board Eligible, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and Basic Life Support

Facility Location
Presque Isle is the largest town in Maine’s northernmost county and the starting point for the world’s largest scale model of the solar system. The Double Eagle II in 1978, a hot air balloon took off from Presque Ile and landed roughly 137 hours later in Misery, France, making it the first hot air balloon to cross the Atlantic.
