Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri
- 1+ years of experience
- Flu vaccination is required. Declinations/Exceptions must be client approved.
Assignment Details
- Schedule: 5x8
- Weekend hours as needed by the facility
- Float as needed
- EMR: EPIC
