Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• 12 - 14 visits per day.
• About 55% of the caseload is Workers Comp.
• There is very little Medicare.

Location Highlights

Salinas sits about 20 miles from Monterey and roughly 25 miles from Carmel-by-the-Sea, giving travelers access to the Monterey Bay coastline and the shops and galleries of Ocean Avenue. Pinnacles National Park is about 50 miles east of Salinas, and the city is also within reach of Big Sur via Highway 1 for hiking, coastal overlooks, and weekend drives. Oldtown Salinas includes the National Steinbeck Center and local dining corridors, while nearby Monterey Regional Airport provides regional air access in about 30 minutes. The area offers a mix of agricultural valley landscapes and coastal recreation, with Marina State Beach and Cannery Row both accessible for day trips.
