Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Two (2) – four (4) years of Human Resources experience
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Essential Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs.
- Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job evaluation and job description development. Prepares and maintains job descriptions for each position in the organization; ensures descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents.
- Participates in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure organizational compensation objectives are achieved.
- Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.
- Manages yearly merit review process
- Assists Benefits team in the Annual Open Enrollment process
- Ensures compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining networks and participating in professional organizations.
- Identify, facilitate and participate in relevant staff trainings and workshops.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
- Travel to office sites required.
Compensation: $65,000-75,000 based on experience and education.
Hours: This is a full-time position. 8:30am to 5pm, Monday - Friday. Hybrid schedule 1-2 remote per week.
