Registered Nurse

Novant Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Stepdown ICU to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute setting. The RN will assess, monitor, and treat medically complex patients transitioning from intensive care, using evidence-based protocols, advanced monitoring, and strong clinical judgment. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, and documenting care in the EHR.
