What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee all resident care services for our assisted living and memory care residents
  • Recruit, coach, and develop wellness and caregiving team members
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical best practices
  • Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and wellness programs
  • Partner with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, teamwork, and service excellence
