Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC CPR certification required DPT required

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM No weekend or on-call requirement Coverage area: 50-mile radius Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient Primary responsibilities include SOC, evaluations, ROC, recerts, and subsequent visits
