Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Will not accept new grads Will not accept first-time travelers

Assignment Details Float to other clinics: no Patient population includes typical ortho population, TMJ/dizziness, and post-op Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week Will see 12-14 patients per day Double-booking of follow-up visits expected Overtime must be approved by director before any overtime hours are worked
