Assistant Deli Manager – Grocery Retail

As an Assistant Deli Manager at Sprouts Farmers Market, you’ll help lead daily deli operations within our Food & Beverage Operations team. You’ll support the Deli Manager in supervising team members, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and delivering exceptional, friendly service. Responsibilities include preparing and merchandising fresh deli items, managing inventory and shrink, assisting with scheduling and training, and ensuring a clean, organized department.
