Full job description
A growing, plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Houston is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its team. This is a high-impact role for an experienced attorney who can take ownership of complex cases, mentor junior attorneys, and play a key role in driving litigation strategy within a fast-growing practice.

Requirements for the Role
- Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Texas
- 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Proven track record handling cases through litigation and resolution
- Strong deposition, negotiation, and courtroom skills
- Experience managing complex and high-value cases
- Ability to mentor and guide junior attorneys and staff
- Highly organized with strong strategic and analytical thinking skills

Responsibilities for the Role
- Lead personal injury cases through all phases of litigation
- Develop and execute case strategy for complex and high-exposure matters
- Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders
- Mentor junior attorneys and provide guidance on case development
- Collaborate with leadership on litigation strategy and case direction
- Drive cases toward resolution through negotiation or trial
