CenterWell Home Health is seeking a PRN Speech Therapist to deliver compassionate, in-home speech and language services to adult and senior patients. In this role, you will assess communication and swallowing disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy in the patient’s home. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document care accurately.
