Medical Director- Virtual Primary Care

Opportunity Overview An innovative virtual healthcare organization is seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and support the growth of its 24/7 virtual care platform. This role combines clinical practice with administrative leadership, offering the opportunity to help shape the future of digital healthcare through AI-powered technology.
Position Highlights
Predominantly remote with some onsite presence required
Combination of clinical practice and administrative leadership
Approximately 50-75% clinical and 25-50% administrative responsibilities
Virtual care across primary, acute, and behavioral health
Patient population ages 3+
Collaborative environment with clinical and executive leadership
Opportunity to influence clinical quality, operations, and innovative care delivery
Qualifications
Board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine
5+ years of post-residency experience
Prior physician leadership experience
Epic and telehealth experience
Active New York, New Jersey medical license and/or IMLC
Comfortable with technology and maintaining an active clinical practice
