As a Student Success Coach and Mentor at City Year, you’ll serve in a partner public school, providing daily academic and social-emotional support to students. You will deliver tutoring, lead small groups, monitor attendance, and help create an engaging classroom environment. Working on a diverse City Year AmeriCorps team, you’ll collaborate with teachers, receive ongoing coaching and training, and model leadership, equity, and inclusion while helping students build skills and confidence to succeed in school and beyond.
