Inpatient Rehab RN

TriStar Health seeks an Inpatient Rehab RN to deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in a collaborative rehab unit. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and support functional recovery following illness, injury, or surgery.
