MedStar Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Float to provide high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation across multiple care settings in the Maryland–Washington, D.C. region. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with diverse musculoskeletal, neurologic, and cardiopulmonary conditions, developing individualized treatment plans to restore function, mobility, and independence. You’ll float between hospitals and outpatient sites, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.
