$38,415.00 - $39,565.50

Job Description:

In this role, you will maintain facilities and surrounding areas and make minor repairs to facilities to ensure clean and orderly conditions.

 Examples of Duties:

  • Dusts, sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes, buffs and/ or vacuums as appropriate. 
  • Cleans windows and other glass as necessary. 
  • Polishes and maintains brass fixtures, wood trim, and other surfaces. 
  • Empties trash and garbage containers. 
  • Cleans debris from sidewalk. 
  • Maintains building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities. 
  • Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. 
  • Responds to questions from visitors, tenants and rental customers regarding the facility and general information. 
  • Sets up and arranges tables, chairs, barricades and other equipment for events. 
  • May use power washer. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 Basic Qualifications:

  • One year of related experience or training 
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid state issued driver's license
