Nurse Extern Progressive Unit

Mission Health is seeking a Nurse Extern for our Progressive Care Unit. In this PRN role, you’ll work alongside experienced RNs to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to acutely ill adults. Under supervision, you’ll assist with vital signs, patient monitoring, and basic care while learning progressive care workflows, safety standards, and EHR documentation. This role offers exposure to advanced technology, interdisciplinary teamwork, and strong clinical mentorship within a leading Western North Carolina health system focused on quality, innovation, and professional growth.
