Bathroom and Storage Solution Installer

Our client, a leading provider of residential and commercial installation services, is seeking a Installer to join their team. As a Installer, you will be part of the Installation Department supporting the Service Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Installer

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $20 per hour - this is a direct hire position

Shift: 1st shift - could start as early as 6:30am and work until the job is finished. Over time and Saturdays are required.

What's the Job?

• Install shower doors, shelving, bath accessories, mirrors, blinds, grab bars, bath partitions, and other products as assigned.
• Accurately measure, assemble, and install custom products with a high level of precision and craftsmanship.
• Load and unload materials and equipment at the warehouse and job sites.
• Measure jobs and record information accurately and legibly.
• Complete service calls and assigned daily work orders.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to read and use a level.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Knowledge of hand tools and installation techniques.
