If it's not, there's somewhere to go.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do</strong><br><ul><li>Provide compassionate, dependable in-home care for seniors</li><li>Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and transfers</li><li>Offer medication reminders, prepare meals, and assist with light housekeeping</li><li>Provide transportation to appointments and errands as needed</li><li>Provide companionship and emotional support, including for clients living with dementia, anxiety, depression, or other cognitive or behavioral health conditions</li><li>Observe and report changes in client condition, and communicate clearly with the care team</li></ul><br><strong>Required</strong><br><ul><li>Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation</li><li>Ability to work within the North County service area</li><li>Ability to pass a background check</li><li>Authorized to work in the United States</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li></ul><br><strong>Preferred</strong><br><ul><li>1+ years of professional caregiving experience (3+ years required for top pay tiers)</li><li>CNA, HHA, or home health aide certification</li><li>CPR/First Aid certification</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish</li><li>Experience supporting clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, anxiety, depression, or other cognitive or behavioral health conditions</li><li>Experience caring for clients in high-end or private estate settings, with demonstrated professionalism and discretion</li></ul><br><strong>Service Area</strong><br><br>North County service area includes Escondido, Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, San Marcos, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Fallbrook, and surrounding communities.
