Certified Nurse Aide

Touchstone Communities is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to support elders in our long-term care community. As part of our family-oriented team, you will assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and meals. You’ll measure and record vital signs, observe and promptly report changes, and help maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment. Working closely with LVNs, nurses, and other caregivers, you’ll contribute to tailored care plans and provide emotional support to residents and their families. CNA certification and commitment to teamwork and compassionate care are required.
