Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience in Home Health preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed PT preferred.
• Ability to provide care across a coverage area including Cambria County, Northern Cambria, and parts of Indiana County.
• Comfortable working as an independent contractor and operating with mileage reimbursement for travel between patient visits.
• Professional appearance: royal blue or black scrubs, or khakis and a polo shirt.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Work Schedule: 32 hours guaranteed per week.
• Shift Name: Other.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts).
• Weekend/On-call: Every eighth weekend; specifics to be discussed with the client.
• Coverage Area: Cambria, Northern Cambria, and Indiana County service areas.
