HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated NICU RN to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to premature and critically ill newborns in our Level II/III/IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. In this role, you will perform comprehensive neonatal assessments, manage ventilators and specialized equipment, administer medications, and closely monitor vital signs. You will educate and support families, collaborate with neonatologists and the care team, and uphold strict safety and infection-control standards while contributing to a culture of learning, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
