Seeking Experienced Babysitter for multiple children. 3 of whom are higher needs

We need a responsible babysitter to care for four children aged toddler to high school. You must have experience with multiple children and special needs. Your own car is required for transportation. The job starts on August 28, 2026, but the start date is flexible. You will engage the kids in fun and safe activities and ensure their well-being while we are away. Please be ready to be proactive, nurturing, and dependable. Youngest is nonverbal (possible autism. Awaiting diagnosis), 6 y/o has a developmental delay but is able to communicate and can use the bathroom/feed herself. 8 y/o has ADHD. Oldest is 16 and no special needs, just needs responsible adult present.
