Licensed Practical Nurse

Fulton Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver hands-on care to our residents. In this role, you’ll provide bedside nursing, administer medications and treatments, monitor conditions, and support care plans under RN and physician direction. You’ll document accurately, follow infection control and regulatory standards, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. The ideal LPN brings strong clinical skills, clear communication, and a resident-centered mindset to ensure safety, dignity, and quality outcomes for those we serve.
