As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on our Per Diem team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

About the Role:

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing clients and developing individualized treatment plans to meet their unique needs

• Supervising and training behavior analysts and assistants to ensure high-quality therapy services

• Providing parent training and education to empower families to support their child's development

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive plans for clients

• Maintaining accurate records and data to track client progress
