* 4 - 10 deliveries per 12-hour shift
* 3 - 5 GYN ED calls per 12-hour shift
* 0 - 2 GYN surgeries per 12-hour shift
* Three shift types: OB ED, OB Laborist, and Flex OB
* Skills required -- deliveries, C-sections, GYN emergencies
