Supervisor-Nurse RN

Encompass Health seeks a Supervisor-Nurse RN to lead inpatient rehabilitation nursing teams delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will coordinate and supervise RN and LPN staff, oversee patient assessments and individualized care plans, and ensure clinical excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery after major illness or injury, mentor and develop staff, support quality improvement initiatives, and promote a culture of compassion, integrity, and continuous learning in a fast-paced rehab environment.
