Charge RN Cardiac Care

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Charge RN for our Cardiac Care unit to provide clinical leadership and ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations on the unit, oversee patient flow, and serve as a resource to bedside nurses for complex cardiac patients. You will supervise and mentor nursing and support staff, promote evidence-based cardiac practices, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
