Digital Health Systems Specialist – Outpatient Rehabilitation

CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Digital Health Specialist to enhance technology-enabled care across our outpatient rehab clinics. In this role, you’ll implement and optimize EMR, telehealth, remote monitoring, and patient engagement tools to support physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. You’ll train and support clinicians, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and HIPAA compliance. Partner with therapists and clinic leaders to improve workflows, analyze outcomes, and drive digital solutions that help patients regain function, independence, and quality of life in a collaborative, patient-first environment.
