Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• 1 month of Cerner experience is required with 1 month within the last 60 months (5 years).

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Must have current cath lab experience. Must be comfortable with conscious and moderate sedation, procedural processes, airway management, cardiac drips (such as Integrin, dopamine, and vasopressors), as well as balloon pumps.

Required Credentials: ARRT certification is required. Will not accept RCIS or CCT.

Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. Travel pairs are not accepted.

Unit Details: Technologists scrub cases and monitor hemodynamics. An RN provides conscious sedation. The lab is a STEMI receiving facility; cases include cardiac/coronary, vascular, peripheral, general IR, neurointervention, and EP. The lab handles 10-22 cases per day in total.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Weeknight call rotates 1x/week for inpatient cases, emergent cases, etc. Weekend call is 1 weekend/month and runs from Fri evening through Mon AM; this is subject to change depending on the needs of the unit.

Floating Requirements: The clinician is first to float.
