MedStar Health seeks a Physical Therapist Homecare Clinical Lead to oversee and deliver high-quality in-home rehabilitation services across our Maryland–Washington, D.C. region. In this patient-first, mission-driven role, you’ll perform advanced evaluations, design evidence-based treatment plans, and guide a team of PTs and PTAs to ensure safe, goal-oriented care. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, support staff education, drive quality and outcomes, and help shape innovative, community-focused homecare rehabilitation services.
