12‐hour shift ‐‐ 7 am ‐ 7 pm
18 ‐ 20 patients per 12‐hour shift
Emergency department setting
Open ICU with 1 physician and 2 mid‐level split coverage
Standard solo emergency room coverage required
Holiday coverage
