Production Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a General Labor - Shift 2 to join their team. As a General Labor - Shift 2, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, adaptability, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Newark, OH

Pay Range: $24.69

Shift: Primarily 2nd shift, 3:30pm - 12:00am (flexible based on business needs)

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of tasks throughout the manufacturing facility, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met
• Clean equipment, machinery, and facility structures to maintain a safe working environment
• Operate cleaning systems such as CIP and COP as required
• Assist machine operators with gathering supplies, packaging, and loading materials
• Support hand-packing and stacking products onto pallets, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols

What's Needed?

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Flexible to work any shift as needed
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision
