• Week of Thanksgiving -- one week only, 7 am - 7 am shifts

• Average patient census: 35 -- shared between MD and 2 APPs

• ICU -- medical, surgical, and neuro patient populations

• 2 APPs on shift at night for support

• Required: intubations, thoracentesis, vent management

• Required: arterial/central lines and chest tubes

• Vacation coverage
