Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support high-quality rehabilitation in our inpatient setting. Working under an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver therapeutic treatments, guide patients through exercises and ADL retraining, and promote safety and independence. You’ll collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation, all within a nurturing, dynamic environment that offers meaningful impact and career growth.
