Babysitter needed for two children with special needs starting October 5th

We’re looking for a kind, compassionate female sitter to become a long-term part of our family! Date nights are weekly/biweekly, sometimes one evening or multiple evenings, with no overnights—typically home around midnight. Our 9-year-old is fully diapered, so patience, empathy, and a judgment-free heart are essential. We want her to feel respected, safe, and cared for. Our 13-year-old is independent and enjoys reading or video chatting with friends. We’d love someone fun, engaging, communicative, reliable, pet-friendly, and comfortable preparing light meals.
