Automotive Warranty Administrator

Corwin Ford Reno provides a professional and supportive work environment where every employee receives the training, guidance, and tools needed to succeed. Our high-volume service department is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Warranty Administrator.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with strong organizational and computer skills who is eager to learn and build a long-term career in the automotive industry. Previous warranty experience is not required. If you enjoy administrative work, have an eye for detail, and take pride in producing accurate work, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Review repair orders and submit warranty claims
- Track, reconcile, and resolve rejected claims
- Maintain warranty schedules and documentation
- Communicate with advisors, technicians, and management
- Learn and follow Ford warranty policies and procedures
- Assist service department with warranty-related inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive, dealership, administrative, or office experience is a plus, but not required
- Administrative, office, customer service, accounting, data entry, title clerk, service cashier, service BDC, or other detail-oriented experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable learning new computer systems and processes
- Excellent computer and data entry skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
