We are currently looking for an In-House Architect/Project Manager to assist with our flagship store and many more to come!


In-House Architect/Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Design & Brand Stewardship: Oversee and knowledgeable architectural drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings that translate the company's brand vision into functional, aesthetically aligned hospitality spaces.
  • Full Lifecycle Management: Lead construction projects from initial sketches and permitting through to final walkthroughs, ensuring they stay on schedule and within scope.
  • Regulatory & Code Expertise: Navigate complex state building codes and the permitting process, acting as the primary liaison with city officials and regulatory agencies.
  • Contractor & Vendor Oversight: Source, vet, and manage General Contractors and MEP engineers, conducting regular site visits to guarantee high-quality workmanship and safety.

In-House Architect/Project Manager Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in construction project management, in the hospitality industry.
  • Education: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp) and project management tools like Procore or Monday.com
  • Multi-State Knowledge: Deep understanding of state building codes and experience navigating the Los Angeles-area permitting process, MUST be based in Los Angeles.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to manage diverse teams of contractors and effectively communicate project milestones to executive stakeholders.
