Encompass Health seeks an Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in our rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized rehab nursing care for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support mobility, functional gains, and safe discharge planning. You’ll educate patients and families, manage complex medication regimens, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to clinical and safety standards in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment.
