Restaurant Manager – Upscale Casual Dining

$75,000–$85,000 Base Salary + Bonus | Growth Opportunity

We are recruiting a Restaurant Manager for a growing upscale casual restaurant group known for scratch-made food, strong hospitality, and developing leaders from within.

This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, interacting with guests, and helping run the entire restaurant—not managing from an office.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and deliver a strong guest experience
• Coach, train, and develop FOH and BOH employees
• Lead shifts and remain highly visible on the restaurant floor
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and labor management
• Handle guest recovery and resolve operational challenges
• Partner closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef
• Maintain high standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Help create a positive, accountable, high-performing culture

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Must be able to relocate to Wilmington, NC in February/March 2027 for a new restaurant opening.
• Full-service restaurant background
• Experience in restaurants generating approximately $3M+ in annual sales
• Strong hospitality and guest-service mindset
• Proven ability to train and develop employees
• Comfortable supporting both FOH and BOH operations
• Hands-on leadership style
• Stable work history and demonstrated career progression
• Professional communication and presentation
• Interest in building a long-term career with a growing restaurant company
• Future relocation flexibility is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits
