About Wayne's Automotive

Wayne's Automotive is seeking a Lead Automotive Technician in Warminster, PA who is ready for more responsibility without giving up hands-on diagnostic and repair work.

If you're already the technician others turn to for difficult problems, you'll have the opportunity to lead workflow, mentor other technicians, and tackle advanced repairs while maintaining your own productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily technician workflow and repair-order assignments
• Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
• Diagnose electrical, drivability, engine, and transmission concerns
• Mentor and support developing technicians
• Coordinate with Service Advisors to keep work moving
• Support quality control across the shop

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Leadership or technician mentoring experience
• Ability to lead workflow while remaining productive
• Pennsylvania State Inspection and Emissions Licenses preferred
• Lead Technician or Shop Foreman experience preferred

You'll work in a heated and air-conditioned shop with Tekmetric, DVI, Autel, and Snap-on equipment while servicing Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
