Position Details

• Position: Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator
• Pay: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
• Shifts Available: Day, Evening, Night, 1st Shift, and 2nd Shift
• Locations: Goodyear, Surprise, Central Phoenix, and surrounding West Valley areas

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Stand-Up Forklift experience
• Stand-Up Reach Forklift experience required
• Knowledge of forklift safety guidelines and procedures
• Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a Stand-Up Reach Forklift safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Adhere to standard work instructions and warehouse processes
• Store, move, and manage inventory and materials
• Use handheld scanners and onboard computer systems
• Meet productivity and performance standards
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues as needed
• Load and unload trailers as required
• Perform general warehouse tasks and hands-on duties
